Kate Hassell
Kate is our in-house licensed massage therapist! She specializes in deep tissue, fascial work, & pain management. This means she's best at releasing those knots, fixing injuries, rebalancing tight tissues, and moving blood throughout your body from your workouts here at Eternal Fitness! She has been in the massage game for over 20 years, and she loves helping people to her best ability! See below for her service options!

Sports massage
A sports massage focuses on enhancing circulation, increasing tissue elasticity and reducing muscle tension. Sports massage is also used to help relieve tight muscles. Muscle tightness can limit flexibility, increase pain and cause future injuries. Sports massage helps release muscle tightness. 45, 60 or 90, 120 min available.

Deep tissue
Deep tissue massages are used to break up scar tissue and break down muscle adhesions(the "knots" that we feel in our muscles are muscle adhesions, which are bands of rigid and painful muscle tissue). These knots can inhibit our circulation and cause pain and inflammation. 45, 60 or 90, 120 min available.

Cupping & Hot stone
Cupping is a form of massage therapy that decompresses soft tissues via a special glass cup instrument. Cupping can help blood flow, range of motion, reduce tightness and more. Cupping is a relaxing technique and almost never painful. Cupping is an add-on service, mention it during your massage appointment and add it for an additional fee.

Swedish massage
A Swedish massage can be beneficial to your heart health. It includes manipulation of the body's soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments and blood vessels) and uses strokes that flow toward the heart, improving blood circulation.
Swedish massage may help reduce symptoms of depression, stress, and anxiety. Some of the symptoms that could be managed by massage therapy include back pains, headaches, muscle issues and other chronic pains. 45, 60 or 90, 120 min available.
