Brandon Cala
Brandon has a B.S. in Exercise Science with a concentration in Exercise Physiology and has been personal training since 2019. He works with a wide range of clients, with a particular focus on athletes and active adults. He also has extensive experience training older adults and clients returning to exercise after injuries, surgeries, joint replacements, and other medical setbacks, helping them rebuild strength and confidence safely.
Great fit for: Athletes, sports performance, strength development, older adults, post-rehab training, and returning to activity after injury or surgery.

Courtney
Courtney focuses on strength, conditioning, nutrition, and helping clients build confidence in and out of the gym. She especially enjoys working with women in their 20s and 30s, helping them feel comfortable with weightlifting, while also helping clients of all ages build practical nutrition habits that support their health goals.
Great fit for: Women building confidence with weights, strength development, conditioning, nutrition support, and clients returning to a consistent fitness routine.

Jacob Pessink
Jacob focuses on helping men, fathers, and younger adults build strength, improve their fitness, and create routines that work with everyday life. His training style is adaptable to a wide range of goals, with an emphasis on consistency and making progress that feels sustainable.

Jake brings experience with online coaching and focuses on helping clients build training habits they can maintain for the long term. He works with a variety of fitness levels and goals and is expanding his coaching into group fitness as well as one-on-one training.

Kate enjoys challenging workouts and works with clients across several stages of life. Her experience includes older adults, weight-loss goals, children ages 6–10, and teenagers, with training adapted to the individual’s ability and goals.
