HOW TO GET STARTED
2. Get your member ID
Once enrolled, your provider will issue an identification or confirmation number.
3. Send us your information
Provide your ID number to Eternal Fitness by email, phone, or in person during staffed hours.
4. We’ll activate your gym access
Our team will complete your Eternal Fitness enrollment and help you get started.
1. Enroll through your benefit provider
Use your insurance or wellness provider’s portal and select Eternal Fitness as your participating gym location.
