Take the guesswork out of your workouts with 24/7 gym access and a personalized training plan created by the Eternal Fitness team. Your membership includes a fitness assessment, one-on-one consultation, and a custom workout program based on your goals and fitness level.
Your workouts are delivered through the app so you have a structured plan to follow each time you come to the gym.
